I Work as a Body, Mind and Spirit Therapist, Personal trainer, performance coach, connective tissue therapist, Mobility specialist and Movement teacher.

I also work with the more subtle layers of the energetic bodies and the mind with tools as Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathwork, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Sound-healing, energy-medicine and other healing modalities.

My mission
Is to provide people with tools and principals for better health and the understanding of their true potential

My message is that with some principal guidelines, methods and awareness everybody can tap in to their inner wisdom and regain balance, vitality and radiant health.

My purpose in life is to help people reconnect to their bodies minds and spirits in a healthy way. My passion is to share a lifetime of studies accumulated over many years.

In my work I use a holistic approach when help treating clients or groups where the physical, mental and energetic bodies all are taken in consideration and thought as equally important to assist in the process of healing.
